[Feature] Update the docs with supported web browsers

I have searched the existing feature requests to make sure this is not a duplicate request. • Yes The feature Recently I've opened 4 bug reports about no compatibility with my Samsung TV browser. Some features of the immich web app do not work correctly or not at all eg theme support. These tickets were quickly closed and I was given a comment this browser is not supported. I was not aware of this as the docs do not mention which devices/browsers are supported. Unfortunately TV compatibility is important to me. It's the reason why I started seeking for a good photo indexing solution. I was initially pretty happy with Photoprism, which runs well and is compatible with my Samsung TV, but it fails big time on AI facial and object recognition. Shame immich is incompatible as I see it has several big advantages over Photoprism, but if the UI doesn't work correctly then it's pretty much useless. Would be good to mention which browsers are compatible and…
