[Feature] Unify button order between Fullscreen Preview and Gallery Selection toolbars

I have searched the existing feature requests, both open and closed, to make sure this is not a duplicate request. • Yes The feature There is an inconsistent button placement between the fullscreen preview toolbar and the multi-selection toolbar in the gallery grid for local-only media. This layout shift disrupts muscle memory and can lead to accidental deletion instead of uploading when organizing assets. Currently, the actions for local media appear in conflicting orders: • Fullscreen preview: Share | Upload | Trash • Gallery grid multi-selection: Share | Trash | Upload When a user previews an asset fullscreen, the Upload button is in the center. Returning to the grid to select multiple items, muscle memory expects Upload to remain in the center, but the middle action has swapped to Trash.
