[Feature]: Transition between image qualities

Currently, transitions between images qualities are immediate. Instead, transition between images with some kind of blend, possibly blur. It should look like the image is being unblurred or enhanced.

On the Photos view, transition between no image and the thumbnail.

On viewing a single image, transition between the low-resolution image (if different from the thumbnail) and the full-resolution image (once it's downloaded).

If #564 is implemented, on the Photos view, transition between the hash representation and the low-resolution image.

As a bonus, to make the low-resolution image appear less pixelated when waiting for the full-resolution image, purposely blur the low-resolution image. This way, the transition will be from the already blurred low-resolution to the full-resolution.
