[Feature] timeline view in "on this device" folder(s)

I have searched the existing feature requests to make sure this is not a duplicate request.

The feature

When viewing images and video's in menu "Library" > "on this device" within a album. It is presented as one large tile view.
It would be more convenient and easier to manage on device files if the view was in timeline view like in menu "Photos".
