I have searched the existing feature requests, both open and closed, to make sure this is not a duplicate request.

[Feature] The ability to disallow automatic backup for specific user(s) from admin perspective.

I am sharing Immich to family and friends. but I don't want to allow automatic backup to be enabled for some users as I'd like the photos/videos they upload to be selective. It will be great to be able to do this as server storages are limited.
