[Feature] Tapping on a Notification Opens the Mobile App to the Related Page

I have searched the existing feature requests, both open and closed, to make sure this is not a duplicate request.

The feature

Current functionality: When tapping on an (Android) notification, nothing happens. (tested on OnePlus6 running Lineage OS, LG Wing, OnePlus13)

Desired functionality: When tapping on a notification, the Immich app opens to the related page in-app.

Example:

1. User or background service starts upload of assets
2. User taps the Assets Uploading notification
3. Immich opens to the Upload Details page in app

At the very least, the Immich app should open when tapping an Immich notification.
