[Feature] Tag people from clicking on image - web client

I have searched the existing feature requests, both open and closed, to make sure this is not a duplicate request.

The feature

I would like to request the ability to simple click on the image and add a new tag, without having to click the + drag the box over the person and then select the person's name.

It would be nice to have the option to right click on the image on the face and then tag person, then find the person. Or a click and drag for a new box for a new person.

I am getting a lot of photos that don't have good matches, lot of the time, it's the back of the heads of my little ones, so I'm spending a lot of time, clicking + 2-3 times per image, dragging the box over the heads, then selecting their names. I'm just trying to streamline the process and speed it up a bit.
