[Feature] Support parsing Author and Samsung Model metadata from Samsung videos

I have searched the existing feature requests, both open and closed, to make sure this is not a duplicate request.

The feature

When uploading videos from my Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra, Immich does not extract device information like make/model. This is because Samsung stores this info in non-standard fields such as:

• Author: "Galaxy S23 Ultra"
• Samsung Model: "SM-S918B"

It would be helpful if Immich could recognize these fields as fallback sources for device metadata, especially when standard Make and Model tags are missing.
