[Feature] Support other download archive formats

I have searched the existing feature requests, both open and closed, to make sure this is not a duplicate request. • Yes The feature Description: When exporting albums via Immich as ZIP files, photos taken before 1980 are assigned a default timestamp of January 1, 1980 after extraction. This happens because the classic ZIP format stores file timestamps in DOS Date/Time fields, which cannot represent dates earlier than 1980. Problem: Historical photos (1960s–1970s) lose their original timestamps during export. Even though the files on the server have correct mtime and the EXIF metadata contains the original capture date, the ZIP file cannot preserve it. Proposed solution: Offer tar.gz as an alternative export format. tar.gz preserves the original timestamps even for files from before 1980, ensuring exported albums maintain accurate dates.
