[Feature] Sorting from latest or oldest in search

I have searched the existing feature requests, both open and closed, to make sure this is not a duplicate request. • Yes The feature I self-host Immich and moved my whole ~23k photo library over, so I use it daily. One thing I keep running into: search results come back in relevance order and there is no way to change it. That makes sense for text search, but when I filter by metadata like date range, city, camera or rating, there is no query and no relevance score, so I just get a filtered pile in no order I can use. I checked the latest release and searched the repo before posting. I know #11819 was closed as not planned, and there are older discussions about this (#8377, #10400). The "results are sorted by relevance" argument is fair for text search, but it does not apply to metadata-only filters.
