[Feature] SMTP for outlook

I have searched the existing feature requests, both open and closed, to make sure this is not a duplicate request.

Hi Team,



I've looked into adding my outlook smtp account into immich email.
However it fails, I got a feeling its something todo with the Authentication Method used.

To overcome the issue, I just used my gmail account, however it would be nice to have an outlook setup.
