[Feature] Slow connection button / Photos only button

I have searched the existing feature requests, both open and closed, to make sure this is not a duplicate request.

The feature

I regularly use immich on my phone to upload photos and videos I do during the day, especially on vacations, to have those securely stored at home in case the phone gets lost, damaged or stolen.
However not everywhere you have a good connection speed, even a Hotel WiFi can be painfully slow. Mobile data of course as well.
In this case it doesn't make much sense to upload hundred of megabytes from video files but to focus on uploading only photos.

I suggest having a button in the mobile phone apps which triggers that only photos instead of photos and videos are uploaded.
