[Feature] Sidebar Below Photo

I have searched the existing feature requests, both open and closed, to make sure this is not a duplicate request.

The feature

When viewing the sidebar on a mobile device it works fine if the device is horizontal in landscape, if it is in portrait the sidebar takes up 80% of the screen it seems.

There should be some reasonable way to implement this so the sidebar appears when scrolling down. This way users can continue to swipe left or right and progress through photos, rather than having to close the sidebar to do so as there is inadequate space to swipe in most cases.
