[Feature] Show progress of manually started jobs in the UI
Source: immich-app/immich#17352 · opened by @janexner
I have searched the existing feature requests, both open and closed, to make sure this is not a duplicate request.
• Yes
The feature
When I use Administration > Job to manually start a job, e.g. "Extract Metadata", I can follow the progress of that job on the Administration > Job page.
It would be cool if there was also a status on the immich home page, or at least an indicator that shows me when the job is done.
This _may_ make sense for automatically started jobs, too, so that I can quickly see what is running, but for the jobs that I start manually, it would be really helpful.
