[Feature] Show 'Named' people first in the info panel

I have searched the existing feature requests, both open and closed, to make sure this is not a duplicate request.

The feature

Currently, I am not sure in what order the people are sorted in the info panel. But it would be ideal if 'named' faces are shown before the rest of the faces. Particularly useful when you have pictures where there are lots of faces (and you dont really want to go through all your photos to hide the people you dont care about).

In the attached pic, Jack and Jill show up randomly. Would be neat if they show up at the top.
