[Feature] shortcut '?' help page everywhere

I have searched the existing feature requests, both open and closed, to make sure this is not a duplicate request.

The feature

In the photo timeline view, the short cut '?' will give users a nice screen with the available keyboard shortcuts.

However, this does _not_ work during photo view, despite keyboard shortcuts being available (i.e. "L" to add a photo to an album).

From a UX perspective, it would make sense to have a help page (including the keyboard shortcuts) on _every_ view available - specifically for new users.
