[Feature] shift Motion Photo play/pause button location

I have searched the existing feature requests, both open and closed, to make sure this is not a duplicate request.

The feature

For Motion Photos / Live Photos on web, the location of the play / pause button shifts due to the zoom button appearing / disappearing. That means I have to move my mouse after hitting play in order to press pause. Here's a screenshot showing the two states stacked:

An easy solution might be to switch the play and zoom button. That way, the pause button should be in the same position as the play button without any additional code logic.

I tested this on the latest Firefox 149 on macOS Tahoe and also on Windows 11 with immich server version 2.6.1.
