[Feature] Share all photos of a person

I have searched the existing feature requests, both open and closed, to make sure this is not a duplicate request.

The feature
Problem / Motivation
I can tag people on assets. However, sharing is currently asset- or album-based. There isn’t a way to share all photos of a specific person with another Immich user or via an external share link, and there isn’t a way to associate a "Person" with an Immich user.
This makes common use cases awkward, e.g. sharing all photos of a family member with that family member without manually curating albums or repeatedly selecting assets.
Proposed solutions
1. Assign Immich users to people: Add an optional mapping between a Person and an Immich user.
2. Share a person: Same behaviour as sharing an album.
