[Feature] Set MIN RECOGNIZED FACES per account

I have searched the existing feature requests to make sure this is not a duplicate request.

The feature

I have a very strong imbalance in the number of photos between user accounts as well as very different "photo taking habits" (many shots of the same thing), leading to different number of recognized faces being ideal for different accounts. (My account has ~200 recognized faces and I am very happy with the accuracy, but other family members have 5000+ recognized faces, many of them being irrelevant and almost impossible to manually keep track of).

I would like to be able to set MIN RECOGNIZED FACES and other ML/detection settings per user, to balance different ways of taking images.
