[feature request] manual URL switching

Requiring precise location seems excessive for just detecting the Wi-Fi access point name.

I still want to be able to change the server URL, depending on my location and network without location permissions.

This is currently sort of possible by enabling Automatic URL Switching (without allowing location permissions) and editing or reordering the External Network URLs, and then disabling Automatic URL Switching. Unfortunately this trick doesn't always work.

Please make it easier to manually change the server URL.
