[Feature] Report cleared file cache size on Android

I have searched the existing feature requests, both open and closed, to make sure this is not a duplicate request. • Yes The feature Follow-up to #25442 and PR #31401. PR #31401 adds success and error snackbar feedback for "Clear File Cache". This handled only IOS, since the scope of the issue was only for IOS. The changes on iOS produce snackbar that shows the amount of file cache that was cleared. On Android, it currently only shows a generic success message because the cleared cache size is not measured there yet. This issue is to add Android cache size reporting so the behavior is consistent across iOS and Android. Acceptance Criteria: • Android can determine the amount of file cache cleared by "Clear File Cache". • The cleared size is shown in the existing success snackbar. • The reported size reflects the cache actually removed on Android. • iOS behavior remains unchanged.
