[Feature] Reinstore in-notification progress bar for manual upload

I have searched the existing feature requests, both open and closed, to make sure this is not a duplicate request. • Yes The feature In the old timeline, manually uploading assets from an android device would display a notification indicating the progress of the upload (not sure about the background backup as I only use manual upload). In the new timeline, the notification now simply says "Backing up media" (or something similar, I'm not using the app in English), without any indication of the progress. Therefore, there is no feedback regarding if the upload progress is still going on, or if there was a crash at some point, letting a ghost notification behind. Right now, I can click on the cloud icon, then on the "see details" button at the bottom of the menu, and confirm that assets are indeed being uploaded, but it requires one tap to open the menu, a slide to get down, and another tap to open the details view, when it was almost instantaneous fr…
