[Feature] Quick date picker for common date ranges

I have searched the existing feature requests, both open and closed, to make sure this is not a duplicate request.

The feature

The built-in flutter date time picker is extremely inconvenient. Currently if i want to search for a picture and add a date filter for say in 2024 i have to scroll all the way up to 2024 in the date picker and then all the way down to the start of 2025.

I'd like to request a way to pick common intervals such as last month, last 6 months, in 2020 etc with little effort. Not sure for other users what "common" means but i think at least quick selecting years would be reasonable.

If the maintainers think this is a useful feature i'll look into properly implementing localization and any other requirement to open a PR
