[Feature] Prompt user to disable auto permission reset

I have searched the existing feature requests, both open and closed, to make sure this is not a duplicate request.

The feature
Android automatically removes permissions from apps that haven't been opened by the user after a certain amount of time. As the immich app is used by many in set-and-forget fashion to backup photos in the background, this behaviour isn't ideal for us.
It would be good if we'd request the user to whitelist the app using [ACTION_AUTO_REVOKE_PERMISSIONS](
