[Feature] Prompt to backup new albums

I have searched the existing feature requests, both open and closed, to make sure this is not a duplicate request.

The feature

Currently the backup process either uploads everything on the device or selected albums.
I am proposing that upon opening the Immich app, if a new album(s) has been created then it asks the user whether any of them should be backed up.
