[Feature] pick/delete from stacked/burst photos

I have searched the existing feature requests, both open and closed, to make sure this is not a duplicate request.

The feature

When viewing stacked and burst photos in Immich, it is great that you can now see all of the sub-images and select between them which one to _view_. What I feel is missing is a way to _cull_ from among them. I would like to see a functionality where you can select one or more of the stacked photos and choose to delete these.

An optional bonus functionality would be the reverse – by selecting one of the photos and choosing "pick", all the non-selected sub-images would be deleted.
