[Feature] People tag autocomplete suggestions: search entire set of name strings and not just match beginning of string

The feature

When adding a name to a face tag, the autocomplete uses any entered text to offer suggestions by searching the namespace of existing name tags from the beginning.

However, it would be useful to search the entire namespace. For instance, if there is a middle name or nickname that is more commonly used but comes after the first name in the name string, it won't be autocomplete.

For instance, say I have a tagged name "William (Bob) Jones". It would be nice to just enter "Bob" in the people name tag field, and have "William (Bob) Jones" show up as a suggested name tag.
