[Feature] People page hide people, who only occur on 1 date (But can occur multiple times)

I have searched the existing feature requests, both open and closed, to make sure this is not a duplicate request.

I've got a lot of people, who are "bycatch" in my photos.
These persons can have multiple occurances, but typically only occur on 1 date.
Is it possible to filter these people, so I can hide them all at once?
