[Feature] osv video support for DJI OSMO 360 degrees cameras

I have searched the existing feature requests, both open and closed, to make sure this is not a duplicate request.

DJI stores its files in *.OSV format for panoramic videos similar to the format as the insta360

It is essentially 2 MP4s stitched together, analysis can be found:

I think it would be very helpful if immich can support this directly, as my current workflow has been first exporting to mp4 via dji studio then import to immich, it's slow, cause duplications, and loses qualities
