[Feature] Option to download just HEIC and not MOV from iOS Live Photo on Web

I have searched the existing feature requests, both open and closed, to make sure this is not a duplicate request.

When downloading a photo from the immich web portal, it would be nice to have an option to only download the HEIC file from an iOS Live photo instead of both the HEIC and MOV files.
