[Feature] Option to download Android Motion Photos in original format

Current Behavior: I understand that Immich currently downloads Motion Photos as two separate files (JPEG + MP4) to maintain compatibility with iOS Live Photos. However, I noticed an issue with Android Motion Photos (e.g., from Huawei devices): For example, if the original Motion Photo is 10MB (containing a 3MB image + 7MB video embedded together), when downloaded from Immich, I get: • A 3MB JPEG file (without the embedded video data) • A 7MB MP4 file The downloaded JPEG no longer contains the motion information, meaning it's just a static image, not the original Motion Photo format.
