[Feature] Option to deal with duplicates when uploading

I have searched the existing feature requests, both open and closed, to make sure this is not a duplicate request.

The feature

I think the duplicate feature is amazing, but when uploading, i dont see a way to allow all the files to upload if they look similar enough. It would be great to have a button to either Review suspected duplicates after the initial upload is finished or just upload the suspected duplicates.

case: i just went on a disney cruise and we paid for the photo package. i want EVERY photo, and i dont care if they look similar since i paid for them. i know they're all different photos and i want to upload every photo so i dont need to review the duplicates in this instance, i just want to upload everything.
