[Feature] OCR: recognize upside-down text

I have searched the existing feature requests, both open and closed, to make sure this is not a duplicate request.

The feature
Currently, upside-down text produces no ocr output (or not useful one).
Sometimes my phone camera gets the orientation wrong, or I get send upside down photos. Currently the immich app doesn't recognise text on these images. I think it would be really nice to also detect text there too.
I have tested multiple photos and no useful text is recognised. iOS Live Text (in the photo app) recognizes the text in the same images.
