[Feature] OCR in mobile app

I have searched the existing feature requests, both open and closed, to make sure this is not a duplicate request.

The feature
Ability to show/hide text recognition on mobile.
Current on mobile, we have to navigate to the three dot button and "open in browser", only then the show/hide text recognition will be present.
