[Feature] Normalize Duplicate Detection Factor: 0-100 instead of 0.001 to 0.1

I have searched the existing feature requests to make sure this is not a duplicate request. • Yes The feature I think it would be more intuitive to have a score ranging from 0-100. According to the help info: It says 0.001 gives only very close ones, and 0.1 might give false positives. So the numbering would be something like: 0: corresponding to old convention 0.1 100: corresponds to old convention 0.001 This normalizes the range from 0 to 100, which I think is more intuitive. But maybe in the future, immich will use another model, and the user needs to give a number from, say, 0.7 to 1.8 -> normalizing would still work. The end user does not need to know the specifics. All they need to know: Close to 100 means very similar. Close to 0 means you will get a lot of false positives.
