[Feature] Move the offline notification to a more visible location

I have searched the existing feature requests, both open and closed, to make sure this is not a duplicate request.

The feature

When the server is offline it is shown on the bottom left and if you have a small screen its not visible at all.
The same "issue" is with the iOS app.

as a feature request is it possible to have it more prominently? Or maybe even a 1-3px border around the entire app that you see you are not connected?
