[Feature] Move photo on Immich when moved on phone

Hello,

I think it'd be useful for photos on Immich to reflect the current album on the phone. For instance, if I take some photos throughout the day they will backup to Immich under the camera folder. Then lets say that I sort the photos on my phone into their respective folders later that evening, i.e., Pets, Gardening, etc. It would be nice if Immich was able to detect this next backup and move the phots on Immich to mirror the new album designations.
