[Feature] ML - Models: English should not be the default but asked during onboarding

I have searched the existing feature requests, both open and closed, to make sure this is not a duplicate request.

The feature

I have just completed the learning of all my photos.
Just to find out that I should have selected multi-language...

I think that either the Multi-Language models should be default, or during installation/onboarding the question should be asked.
I do not think that most users have english as their native language.
