The feature [Feature] ML functions and jobs should be hidden if ML is disabled or not in a working state (web and mobile). If ML is either not installed as a component (as defined in the .env file) or if ML is not in a working state (for instance the component is installed but can't actually start up due possibly to incompatibilities with the current hardware, such as on RPi4 where it can try to start but it may just restart every minute and hence isn't actually in a working state in that case to be usable by any functions that would try to call it). Even though certain Immich components can be disabled on the server end (in the .env file), the web and mobile app do not always reflect disabled (or not working) components, and in that case the function still exists for the user to attempt to utilize but the web and mobile UI often has no idea that you disabled a component and still shows the function as visible to utilize, or attempt to utilize even though that function wi…
