[Feature] Memories : do not display similar photos

I have searched the existing feature requests, both open and closed, to make sure this is not a duplicate request.

The feature

I really like the memories feature, which is the daily play with my wife.

However, there are many similar photos (the same monument in many zooms or color effect, same couple picture because why not taking 3 photos, 10 photos of the new puppy, and more).

Feature request: only display non similar images based on the duplicate detection with a given threshold. That feature won't remove the images, so I suppose an arbitrary percentage of match would be enough (like 95%).

The change is transparent for web/app, where the code change would only be on the server side
