[Feature] Make "Local-only asset; not synced to the server" icon more noticeable

I have searched the existing feature requests, both open and closed, to make sure this is not a duplicate request.

The feature


Storage indicators are my favorite feature. At the moment, icons are so small and subtle differences like this aren't immediately noticeable.

Google Photos has a red icon when upload is failed due to storage full, or other reasons.
I'd like to request to change this icon to red color. What do you think?
