[Feature] loading mechanism optimization for people folder

I have searched the existing feature requests, both open and closed, to make sure this is not a duplicate request.

The feature

right now after initial full sync on the mobile app, the loading of default timeline view is quick. but when I try to open certain people's "album/folder", it's super slow for loading, took couple of mins for a person with 35K assets. the problem is that my phone screen time out is less than the loading complete time, so when the screen is off, the loading seems stalled and i have to close the app and open it again.

loading speed is normal for person with around 1000 assets as around 5s. is it possible to optimize the loading mechanism for the person with thousands of photos with load the first 1000 assets and display while keep loading the extras in background.
