[Feature] Links in Shared album description

I have searched the existing feature requests to make sure this is not a duplicate request.

The feature

Currently when entering a website links into the album description, it is not recognized as such and can't be clicked.
Especially when sharing photos with a wider group of clients via shared albums (works great btw), it would be great to be able to have the link of my website / portfolio / booking platform etc. without people needing to copy and paste the link into a browser.
