[Feature] Introduce LLMs or Clef-like conditions/actions on Workflows

I have searched the existing feature requests, both open and closed, to make sure this is not a duplicate request. • Yes The feature Currently, the Immich workflows are very lacking, and the embedding system is not very helpful towards one-shot classifications. It could be a considerable upgrade into modularity and functionality to allow easier interoperability with external systems. Taking home assistant as the prime example, it allows integrating diverse kinds of systems into workflows for conditions/actions. Lately, we have been introduced to System 1 models, which excel in one-shot classification, speed and price efficiency.
