[Feature] Indicate if a setting is de-activated

I have searched the existing feature requests, both open and closed, to make sure this is not a duplicate request.

The feature

Some of the settings have a toggle to activate them but I miss a visual/text indicator on the overview that the setting is or is not active.

On a side-note: The text on the page (settings with almost every section and "Manage") sounds quite repetitive and some sections could do with a little more explanation.
