[Feature] Increase the maximum configurable "Delay new assets backup" interval (up to 30 days or custom value)

I would like to request increasing the maximum configurable delay from the current 10 minutes to something much longer (for example up to 30 days), or alternatively allowing users to enter a custom duration. This would be a backwards-compatible enhancement. The default behaviour would remain unchanged, while users with different workflows could choose a longer delay. Why? Many users don't review photos immediately after taking them.
