[Feature] Include external library sizes to user storage stats

I have searched the existing feature requests, both open and closed, to make sure this is not a duplicate request.

The feature

External libraries have an owner, so why not include their size to their owner's disk usage stats and total disk usage stats on "server stats" screen?
