[Feature] In-app camera

I have searched the existing feature requests, both open and closed, to make sure this is not a duplicate request.

The feature

When using Immich (only) for processing of specific media taken by the mobile device's camera, an in-app camera would greatly improve the workflow: No more manual media selection, just shoot with the 'Immich app camera'. That media is uploaded, everything else is not.
