[Feature] Improve CLI experience

I have searched the existing feature requests, both open and closed, to make sure this is not a duplicate request.

Following some CLI recommendations would be nice, at your discretion. E.g. _
• • • for immich-admin --version doesn't exist
- immich-cli does have this
• for immich-admin canonical-name in Usage is main and not immich-admin
- immich-cli has this correct and uses immich
• for immich-admin no description on what this program does, prints directly the usage
- immich-cli also has this missing
• ...
