[Feature] Image discovery / random photo feed

I have searched the existing feature requests, both open and closed, to make sure this is not a duplicate request.

The feature
PhotoStructure's default feed shows random photos, which is fantastic for rediscovering old photos. I was trying the demo of Immich and it appears to only have a chronological feed. It would be nice to have a discovery feed that shows random photos.
